Cadeau Vert means Green Gift
Our Goal is to empower people to revitalize their communities through local self-supporting tree replanting programs.
One of the most tangible ways to achieve the revitalization of a country is to insert replanting trees into its own culture through its educational system.
Each student GROWS a tree every school year!
Goal : 30,000 Trees This Year!
Yes, thirty thousand trees to be planted in Haïti this year, beginning May 1st, 2026.
Cadeau Vert is partnering with many school principals as they are motivating their schoolchildren to get on board and have them each start growing their tree, if they haven’t started yet. Should their tree have an unsuccessful start, they are gently encouraging them to start growing another one right away.
Dates are being set on the participating schools’ calendars for their own Journées Vertes (Green Days). Haïti needs it NOW!
The School Replanting Program of Cadeau Vert is fully implementing our most-anticipated “2025 Journées Vertes” (Green Days).
Thank you for your collaboration with almost 3000 school children who have been growing their trees at home during this school year.
Your support goes directly to the schools, in providing drinking water, light refreshment, supplies needed to plant the trees, mobilization & transportation during the Journée Verte.
