The School Replanting Program

The objective of this self-supporting program is to integrate replanting into any country’ s culture. Every student grows one plant throughout the school year.

On the Journée Verte (Green Day), each student will join their classmates by planting his/her young tree.

With this program, each participant is important and necessary— from the students to the teachers, and household members.

At the end of each replanting period, each student will have prepared and grown a young tree, with their own hands. Our youth will prove that it takes the village to protect the village.

Piti a piti, little by little

Students will replant in sections of mountains, plains, and valleys. These activities will be facilitated by trained SRP ambassadors.

In only a matter of a short time, students will be able to witness the big reward from their small efforts and their contribution.

No failure

As soon as the replanting begins, one way or another, there will be success. The students, as well as household members, will become conscious of the power of team building for the common need and the common good.

The greatest harvest will be the birth of a generation that contributes to the steady care and progress of its immediate environment.
